What are the terms and conditions for returning my order?

You are not completely satisfied with your order? No problem ! Here's how you can do it:

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of the products (in perfect condition and in their original packaging).

Be sure to indicate that it is a return, the precise reason for your return as well as your customer references (last name, first name, order number and invoice number).

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility. You pay the return costs directly to the carrier you choose.
If the return follows a defective or non-compliant item or following an order preparation error, the return costs are covered by HYPOLITA via the pre-paid label. To do this, please contact us via the contact form.

How does the reimbursement take place?

If your return results in a reshipment of goods (error in the preparation of your package, quality defect).

If your return results in a refund, this will be made as soon as possible. As soon as our services receive your package, we will check it and reimburse you within 15 working days. Only products returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. The refund will be made by reverse transaction (bank transfer/PayPal).
