If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility. You pay the return costs directly to the carrier you choose.
If the return follows a defective or non-compliant item or following an order preparation error, the return costs are covered by HYPOLITA via the pre-paid label. To do this, please contact us via the contact form.

How does the reimbursement take place?
